Help the Tin double its donations
The Tin Music and Arts is a local charity that is based at Coventry’s Canal Basin. Among the many things that it supports across the city are music events in ECHO’s area, including the monthly The Tin at the Nursery sessions and occasional concerts at St Mary Magdalen Church and the Criterion Theatre.
All day today, Thursday 16 June, LocalGiving’s GiveMe5 campaign is offering to double selected £5 donations to the charity, which will go a long way towards helping the Tin to buy essential equipment that will help deliver a top class programme of high quality music and arts.
If you are able to help with a £5 donation, please visit the Tin’s page at LocalGiving.
Foster Carers’ Campaign
There was an error on page 11 of the June edition of ECHO. The very end of the article about Foster Caring was missing. The details of the event that were omitted are:
Friday 17 June 10am – 12 noon, Earlsdon Methodist Church, Albany Road.
Our apologies for this error which was an editing mistake by the ECHO team and not down to our printer.
